Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms are small but cute and comfortable, although not very soundproof. The service provided was good, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is great, walking distance to the beach and train station. The dining experience offers a good choice of food with a variety of options. The facilities include clean amenities and a well-located dining room overlooking the pool.
The hotel had a room that was luminous and had everything needed, but it had no air conditioning and was hot. It was on the lower level with a basement window looking up onto the street. The service was excellent and very friendly, with extra effort made to solve issues, although noise problems persisted. The location was a bit far but good enough to reach the beach in Cascais. The dining was good, with a wide food selection, but priced at €18 per person with limited options. The hotel featured lovely facilities and was close to the beach.
Despite some minor issues like a damp smell in room 407A needing modernization, the hotel provided a very pleasant stay with nice and clean rooms. The service was friendly and helpful, but slightly understaffed. The location was great, a short uphill walk from the seafront with easy access to the railway station. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I was delighted with the hotel's fabulous location, just a stone's throw from the beach and within easy reach of charming restaurants. The rooms, though slightly outdated possibly from the 80s/90s, provided a cozy double bed and the noise level suited me perfectly. The service, boasting about 'renovations' made, was top-notch with helpful and friendly staff, despite the disappointing dinner buffet on the main road to the hotel. I found the location to be excellent, offering great access to Lisbon, Cascais, and the beach, even though it was a bit far from downtown Cascais for my liking. The dining experience, although standard, was okay with a good choice of food in a well-located dining room overlooking the pool. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, ensuring a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks here and there.
The hotel offers functional and recently renovated rooms that are clean and overlook the pool, but note that rooms on higher floors have 12-ft ceilings, so be prepared for stairs with luggage. The service stands out as exceptional, with very friendly and personally engaged staff in the lounge bar. The location is a bit away from the center but has a pleasant and clean environment, close to Estoril and Lisbon. The dining experience is average with room for improvement in the quality and variety of food.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cascais! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always going out of their way to assist. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of great dining options. However, the dining could have more typical local dishes, and there were some unexpected noise issues that affected our overall experience.
I loved the view of the sea from my room with the large windows; however, being in the basement made it a bit humid and noisy from the street. The beds were comfortable once I removed the plastic covers, but being next to a cleaning cupboard was a bit of a downside.
