The hotel had a room that was luminous and had everything needed, but it had no air conditioning and was hot. It was on the lower level with a basement window looking up onto the street. The service was excellent and very friendly, with extra effort made to solve issues, although noise problems persisted. The location was a bit far but good enough to reach the beach in Cascais. The dining was good, with a wide food selection, but priced at €18 per person with limited options. The hotel featured lovely facilities and was close to the beach.

Despite some minor issues like a damp smell in room 407A needing modernization, the hotel provided a very pleasant stay with nice and clean rooms. The service stands out as exceptional, with very friendly and personally engaged staff in the lounge bar. The location is a bit away from the center but has a pleasant and clean environment, close to Estoril and Lisbon. The dining experience is average with room for improvement in the quality and variety of food.
